Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Booking Assistance: Assist customers in booking flights, making changes to reservations, and providing information about available services.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve booking issues, flight delays, cancellations, and other travel-related challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Guide customers through the airlines online platforms, helping them navigate the booking process, check-in procedures, and other tools.
- Flight Updates: Provide real-time flight information, updates on cancellations, delays, and gate changes.
- Data Management: Accurately enter customer information and maintain up-to-date records of interactions in the companys system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and the successful resolution of escalated issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain information and provide solutions to customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and resolve customer issues effectively.

Experience:
