Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, baggage, and general travel information through phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, providing solutions in a timely and empathetic manner while maintaining Delta Airlines high service standards.
- Booking and Reservations: Help customers book flights, change itineraries, and resolve any booking issues, ensuring that customers needs are met promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest airline policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Customer Feedback: Document customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement to management.

- Compliance: Adhere to Delta Airlines policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- This is a full-time remote position.
- Flexible working hours, with shifts available to cover 24/7 customer support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
