Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEM Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies for Pharmacy and Health Services, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the management of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), optimizing for both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budget Oversight: Manage SEM budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of SEM campaigns, generating detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, technology, and analytics to ensure SEM efforts align with overall marketing strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and campaign improvement, staying up to date with the latest SEM trends and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEM specialists to execute campaign strategies effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in SEM, with a focus on the healthcare or pharmacy sectors strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEM tools, platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), and analytics software (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale SEM campaigns, including budget oversight and resource allocation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey SEM strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements based on insights.
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience managing SEM campaigns, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector is highly preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of optimizing paid search campaigns, driving measurable results and ROI.
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid work environment: flexible remote work options with required in-office presence as needed for team meetings and strategy sessions.
