  • Monitor employee training and certification.
  • Maintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action.
  • Communicate instructions and expectations to construction paving crews and foremen.
  • Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager and the customer.
  • Visit and inspect each job site daily.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Experience in the asphalt paving field preferred.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of all equipment used for job and how to use it
  • Ability to read and comprehend drawings and blueprints
  • Ability to use a computer and software programs (HCSS, HeavyJob, Outlook, Word, Excel, ect.)
