Paid Training: Next training classes- 01/06 & 01/20/2025

Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center Located within our Farmington Hills, MI Clinic. In- clinic training will follow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective patients. Learn and understand their weight goals and habits and design and sell one of MWLC’s programs to meet their needs.
  • Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of their program.
  • Educate patients on and sell various company products that will enhance their success.
  • Assist clinic manager and staff with daily tasks for optimum clinic performance.
  • Can work independently without directive.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
  • Possess active listening skills that are essential to develop customized strategies per individual needs.
  • Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient’s needs.
  • Be goal oriented and motivational to help others achieve goals.

Clinic hours of operation:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

*Must be available every other Saturday*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year
