Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a timely and accurate response.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher management or technical teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction by identifying trends and suggesting improvements in the support process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and support workflow.
- Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using chat software, CRM tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries through chat platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Any prior experience working remotely is advantageous.
Working Hours:
