Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and professional service.

- Ticketing Support: Offer support with ticketing, refunds, and processing special requests, ensuring compliance with Deltas policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as baggage claim, operations, and management, to provide seamless customer support.
