Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Process insurance payments and post billing information accurately.
- Verify and track insurance claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assist with client billing inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of insurance payments and claim statuses.
- Maintain front office area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective office coordination and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or medical billing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of insurance payment posting and billing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes is highly desirable.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a front office or receptionist role.
- Experience in insurance billing and payment posting.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, insurance, or finance-related environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in payment processing and billing.
