Job Description

Provide phone support to customers and resolve their issues

  •  - Enter data into a system accurately and efficiently
  •  - Escalate calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
  •  - Log tickets for each call and follow up on the status
  •  - Be available to take calls and emails using Zendesk and respond promptly

Skills and Requirements

Zendesk Phone Support experience (must be recent experience and proficient)
