Nuuly is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team remotely. This role is part-time and focuses on weekend evening shifts (Friday–Sunday, 2 PM–10 PM EST). If you have a knack for creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you. You will represent Nuuly, providing top-notch support via telephone, email, and chat, helping to grow our brand and delight customers.
