Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency across fulfillment processes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain continuous improvement strategies and processes within the fulfillment department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operational excellence, process optimization, or continuous improvement, preferably in a fulfillment or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data to a variety of audiences.

Experience

  • Proven success in optimizing operational workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and driving cost savings.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required, especially during peak fulfillment periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes.
