Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services, claims, and other related matters via phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required—training is provided.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, customer service software, and basic office programs like Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
