As a Staff Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our flight attendants and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our world-class services to our passengers. 1.            Greet and welcome passengers and assist with any inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

2.            Provide administrative and organizational support to the Inflight department and its staff members.

3.            Ensure all necessary documents and materials are prepared and organized for flight attendants, including schedules, manuals, and supplies.

4.            Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and other events for the Inflight department.

5.            Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight attendant schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.

6.            Assist with managing and tracking expenses, budget, and inventory for the Inflight department.

Job Qualifications

•             Excellent Communication Skills: A Staff Assistant, Inflight Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Flight Attendants, Pilots, And Other Staff Members.

•             Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Flight-Related Tasks Are Completed Accurately And On Time. This Includes Monitoring Flight Schedules, Tracking Passenger Counts, And Maintaining Flight Records.

•             Customer Service Experience: As A Staff Assistant, Inflight, You Will Interact With Passengers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Previous Customer Service Experience And Be Able To Provide A Positive And Welcoming Experience To Passengers.

•             Ability To Work Under Pressure: This Position Involves Working In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. Candidates Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously While Remaining Calm And Focused Under Pressure.

•             Knowledge Of Airline Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Airline Operations And Industry Regulations Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Safety Procedures, Flight Planning, And Emergency Protocols. Previous Experience In The Airline Industry Is Preferred.
